Here an HO scale Proto 2000 – H10-44 Locomotive is shown passing by the Parish Pressed Steel plant in Reading Pa as it prepares to switch out a load of completed automotive frames with empty flat cars.

This layout is located in my basement. It’s the product of several years of labor. The layout models the interaction of the Reading RR and the Pennsy RR around 1967 just prior to the Conrail merger.

One small yard is modeled for the Pennsy and two others for the Reading. There are many customers on this switching layout.
